3. Profit Split & Instant Payout Model

  • 100% crypto rails: no bank wires, IBAN, SWIFT, credit cards, Wise or Rise. Purchases and withdrawals run exclusively in USDC on Arbitrum One via smart contracts.
  • 80% profit split: the trader keeps 80% of net profit; Hypernova takes a 20% protocol cut.
  • ~5-second on-chain payout: request once the funded account is flat; USDC lands in the Arbitrum wallet in ~5 seconds on average. No minimum withdrawal (even $1). Gas sponsored by the platform.
  • 24/7 withdrawals: no weekly or biweekly waiting periods; withdraw intraday whenever in profit and flat.
  • Drawdown protection: withdrawing profit does not trail the maximum-drawdown floor upward; it stays fixed at account-opening level.
  • Closed-alpha $10,000 daily cap: max withdrawable profit per user per day is capped at $10,000 USDC during alpha (to be lifted afterwards).

4. Evaluation Model, Pricing & Trading Freedoms

Single-step evaluation: a 1-Step Assessment instead of multi-stage exams. No minimum trading days, no time limits.

Above-industry freedoms: no time limit, no minimum-day rule (passable in 1 day), news trading allowed, weekend holding allowed, no consistency rule, no mandatory stop-loss, your own algo bots allowed.

  • High Risk (restricted): 10% profit target, 8% static drawdown, 5% daily loss limit. Open to verified professionals meeting set criteria only.
  • Discount codes: referral/promo field at checkout. Closed-alpha and partner codes bring 10–20% exam discounts plus commission rebates.
  • Costs & non-refundability: no monthly subscriptions, platform fees, hidden commissions or withdrawal fees. The evaluation fee is one-time and non-refundable once paid (Clause 5.2).

5. Banned Trading Practices & Risk Rules

Critical breach and account-termination grounds:
  • Cross-account arbitrage & hedging: opposite positions in the same asset across two Hypernova accounts or external prop firms.
  • Copy trading & ready signals: copying Telegram/Discord signal groups or using pass-service ready bots (your own bots are allowed).
  • Account sharing & joint access: handing account management to someone else or joint trading by multiple users.
  • Strategy switching: low-risk swing in evaluation, then hyper-leveraged scalping once funded.
  • Latency arbitrage: deliberately exploiting feed anomalies or technical delays.

6. Restricted Countries, KYC & Device Security

  • OFAC sanctions block: access from North Korea, Iran, Syria, Cuba, Russia and other sanctioned jurisdictions is strictly prohibited.
  • VPN ban and profit forfeiture: the platform monitors VPN/proxy use via IP and technical signals. Accounts entering from sanctioned countries via VPN are terminated immediately with all pending profits seized (Clause 14, Forfeiture).
  • Reserved right to mandatory KYC: under Contract Clause 4 and Privacy 3.1, Hypernova reserves the right to demand state-issued ID/passport (KYC) plus a live selfie at the funded transition or before payout.

7. Trading Fees, Developer & API Stack

  • Maker / taker commissions: crypto perps maker 0.01% / taker 0.04%; TradFi perps maker 0% / taker 0.005%. Hyperliquid order-book commissions pass through directly.
  • Funding rates: periodic perpetual funding interest is drawn from Hyperliquid and reflected instantly in open-position equity.
  • Developer support: typed REST API, WebSocket live order-book streams and an OpenAPI specification (openapi.json) for algo funds. On-chain readability via Arbitrum RPC.
  • Zero hidden costs: no withdrawal commissions, bank charges, monthly terminal or data fees. Everything settles in Arbitrum USDC with platform-sponsored gas.

9. Guidebook Rules vs Field-Reality Matrix

Technical rule in the contractField reality and user facts
Static drawdown (3–6%): instant-touch rule (Rulebook 06)A momentary wick touching the floor for even a millisecond burns the account permanently. No appeal or remedy.
'Flat' requirement for withdrawals (Payouts §2)With a single open trade or pending limit/stop order, the smart contract refuses withdrawal; everything must be closed.
Closed-alpha $10,000 daily cap (Payouts §8)Despite 'unlimited withdrawals' marketing, daily withdrawable profit is capped at $10,000 USDC during alpha.
Slippage & liquidity risk (Hyperliquid integration)On high-volatility news, slippage · especially on TradFi perps · strains the narrow drawdown floor.
No capital ownership (Terms §§3.1–3.2)A funded account is neither an investment nor a bank account; capital belongs to Hypernova. The trader only earns a profit-share right by obeying the rules.

10. Community Intelligence & Editorial Verdict

Scam assessment and risk facts

Tier-1 On-Chain · Low Spoof Risk
  • Not a classic scam · transparent DeFi innovation: against Web2 prop firms’ MetaTrader tricks and payout delays, a legitimate Tier-1 on-chain prop protocol running on Arbitrum smart contracts and Hyperliquid liquidity.
  • Founder & VC trust: CEO Anar Bayramov as first investor in Kraken-acquired Breakout, CTO Nijat Bakhshaliyev’s Coinbase and Citi record, and the $3M Lemniscap-led round signal strong institutional seriousness.
  • Community sentiment: crypto-Twitter sentiment analysis 75% positive / 25% cautious, with proven 5–10-second on-chain payout tx hashes. Reddit debates the narrow 3% floor sensitivity and news-time slippage risks.
9 / 10 Payout reliability · high / on-chain instant
Tier-1 Overall classification · on-chain / low spoof risk
Note to traders: despite the positive picture, the no-appeal burn on instant static-drawdown touch, the flat requirement and the closed-alpha cap are facts anyone entrusting capital here must accept upfront.
