Rule modifications, contractual adjustments and risk reports submitted to the desk undergo technical verification before entry. Verification requires primary source evidence, verified first-party diffs (terms of service revisions, public web archives), masked personal identifiers and factual substantiation. Unverified claims lacking diff evidence are excluded from public dossiers.
Append-only ledger and historical integrity
Published rule entries and research dossiers follow an append-only archiving methodology; established records are not silently erased. When a firm rescinds a rule or updates conditions, the original entry is retained with status updates and chronological notes, maintaining historical transparency.
Firm responses and official verification
Written statements submitted by prop trading firms through official desk channels are reviewed for authorized corporate representation and appended impartially. Adding a firm statement does not erase verifiable technical findings; all evidence remains on the public ledger.
Corrections and editorial updates
Upon demonstration of factual discrepancies, regulatory amendments or verified primary evidence, dossiers are promptly updated. Rights-of-reply, intellectual property claims or formal regulatory orders follow our content removal and correction procedure.
Independence and zero-affiliate policy
PropŞikayet does not accept referral (affiliate) revenue, sponsored placements, paid visibility or commercial partnerships from prop firms. Commercial arrangements never alter Trust Index scores, rule feeds or dossier schedules, as formalised in our Registry of Interests.
