What to include
Include the exact URL or record ID, the requester’s name and authority where relevant, the specific section and reason for the request, the requested action and supporting documents. Mask unnecessary personal data.
Review approach
Requests are assessed for personal data, clearly unlawful material, signs of fraud, context and supporting evidence. In urgent situations, content may be temporarily hidden while the request is reviewed.
Official decisions
Official orders are checked for authenticity and scope. Any action is limited to the applicable decision. Email is not a substitute for formal service or a registered electronic notification channel.
