Data controller
PropŞikayet.com operates as an affiliated company of Golden Bazaar and acts as the data controller for personal data processed on the platform. Privacy and data-subject requests can be sent to hukuk@propsikayet.com.
Data we process
For an account, we process your email and authentication session. For a record, we process the title, description, category, timeline and technical information about evidence files. Evidence files are kept in private storage. Do not include personal or sensitive data in a complaint.
Anonymous usage measurement
Page views, research visits and record or sign-in events may be measured to understand performance. Application statistics use a random browser session ID and page path, not email, IP address or free text. Summary statistics are available only to an administrator.
Purpose and consent
Processing is limited to account security, complaint and rule-report workflows, content safety review, user support, abuse prevention and legal obligations. Marketing consent is separate and is not implied by this notice.
Hosting and retention
Data is processed in the selected Supabase project region, Singapore (Southeast Asia), which means data may be transferred outside Türkiye. Evidence is not kept in a public bucket; access is limited by authentication and row or file-level permissions. Records are preserved as history rather than silently deleted.

For a request about your data, write “Data subject request” in the subject line to hukuk@propsikayet.com. Identity or authority verification may be necessary; do not send unnecessary personal data.
