Data controller
PropŞikayet.com operates as an affiliated entity of Golden Bazaar and acts as the data controller for personal data processed on the platform. A trade-registry (MERSİS) number, tax identifier and formal service address will be published upon corporate filing completion. Data-protection and privacy inquiries can be directed to hukuk@propsikayet.com. This page does not serve as a registered electronic notification (KEP) channel.
Data we process
PropŞikayet does not require user registration or account creation to access research reports or rule monitoring records. When evidence, contract documentation or formal inquiries are submitted via email or contact channels, contact credentials (email address, full name/title) and technical document metadata are processed. All submissions must mask unnecessary third-party personal details and sensitive credentials prior to delivery.
Anonymous usage measurement
To monitor system stability, security and dossier readership, anonymized events such as page impressions, rule feed filter selections and report views are measured. Analytics records do not collect email addresses, IP addresses or freeform text. Randomized browser session identifiers and route paths are utilized. Cloudflare Web Analytics additionally provides cookie-free, aggregated traffic metrics.
Purpose and legal basis
Data is processed strictly for editorial investigation workflows, document verification, addressing formal legal requests, fraud prevention and statutory compliance. Processing relies on legitimate interests, establishment of legal rights and statutory obligations pursuant to Article 5 of Law No. 6698 (KVKK). The platform does not process data for marketing or commercial advertising.
Hosting and retention
Static distribution and backend systems are hosted across secure cloud infrastructure (Cloudflare and Supabase). Technical logs and submitted correspondence may be processed on secure international servers. Evidence files are restricted to authorized editorial and legal personnel. Records are retained in accordance with statutory retention schedules and masked or expunged upon case closure.
