Independent Analysis Framework
Evaluation & Scoring Methodology
Prop firm solvency ratings, contract rule volatility, and payout stability are computed not via subjective commentary, but through 5 mathematical risk vectors and timestamped public evidence.
1. Trust Index: 5 Mathematical Risk Vectors
The Prop Trust Index (0-100 score) is calculated continuously across 20 major prop firms via a weighted average of 5 primary vectors:
Adherence to contractual payout schedules, 90-day delay signals, retrospective profit forfeiture ratios, and substantiated trader incident logs.
Presence of hidden clauses in Terms of Service (T&C), frequency of unannounced midnight rule alterations, and publicly accessible terms archives.
Corporate domicile (US, UK, Czechia, BVI, Saint Vincent, etc.), offshore entity shielding, binding arbitration clauses, and regulatory enforcement history.
Broker liquidity routing, simulated B-Book risk models, spread/slippage costs, micro-scalping time filters, and platform latency metrics.
Aggressive affiliate commission structures (inversely correlated risk), pay-to-play award schemes, and creator commercial kickbacks.
2. Evidence Discipline & Verification Protocol
Our research desk strictly delineates between unverified claims and documented technical findings:
- First-Party Diff Evidence: Rule feed entries are only registered when word-for-word textual diffs are verified from official help centers, APIs, or legal terms.
- Cross-Corroboration: User allegations are never treated as final determinations without CSV trade logs, execution timestamps, and contractual cross-checks.
- Right of Reply & Rebuttal: Evaluated prop firms are provided an official response mechanism; verified statements are permanently appended to the file.
- Append-Only Archive: Published rule changes and dossiers are never deleted; subsequent developments are recorded through timestamped revision logs.
3. Independence & Zero Affiliate Mandate
PropŞikayet accepts zero affiliate revenue, zero brokerage commissions, zero sponsorships, and zero advertising funds from prop trading firms.
